Here they are in snowier times... we did lose one of the black swedish to egg yolk peritonitis . My husband thinks I've gone over the edge but at least I know there are others like me out there!

Your ducks are so beautiful!! I love them in the snow, too.

I'm so sorry to hear about the EYP. That happened to my sweetheart, too, even though she was under veterinary care.

I think is natural to feel like a failure sometimes when we love them so much, I feel that way at times as well. The reality is that we give our ducks an amazing life.

And yeah... Everyone knows that I'm the crazy person obsessed with her ducks. Hahaha. I'll take it.

This is one of my favorite older photos... when we decided the kiddie pool wouldn't cut it and we needed to put in a pond!

Oh my goodness. Lol!!! Now I know how many ducks you can fit in a kiddie pool. They are so cute!!

They are beautiful! I catch myself talking about my ducks to friends and they look at me like I’m nuts. They don’t know what they are missing.

Hi everyone,
Today is our one-year anniversary of being duck owners, and I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone on this forum for being so generous with their time. It's been quite a learning curve with perosis, niacin, bumblefoot, an infected joint and our ducks wouldn't have made it this far without your help and support!
