Duck Journal

Yep. I vote Magpie and Pekin.

I lost my Jumbo Pekin, "The Mighty Zelda" over the winter. She was about 6 years old, and had the most character of ANY duck I've ever had - she was just hilarious, and everyone's favorite. I miss her dearly. I've been thinking about getting a couple regular Pekins (Zelda always had painful arthritis issues because she was SO heavy, so I'm leery of getting Jumbo's again as pets) to get some of that character back in my flock - although, I doubt any duck will ever live up to "The Mighty Zelda"!

Is there any chance of it being a buff? If it is a pekin that's fine I'll love it anyway. And with all these good testimonals they sound good lol. So magpie for the other, anyone have any experience with these?
The mighty zelda was a beautiful duck by the way, I love her face.

I'm ordering them some firends but they won't be able to be shipped untill the 25th (From Metzer) Will these two be to big and rowdy for them to live in the same brooder? I planned to get the others next week but of course Metzer wont have harlequins untill the 25th

Louis (pronounced louie) is the spotted one and cruise is the yellow one.
