Wlecome to BYC. That looks like a deep wound. Do you have Vetericyn or a good disinfectant (chlorhexidene, betadine, or saline) to clean her wounds? Plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment are good to use on the wound after cleaning the wound tice a day. Is she able to eat and drink, and walk around? If she is in shock, keep her isolated and in a quiet spot until she is better. I am tagging @Miss Lydia for advice.
If this just happened wash her wound out real well with any of the products @Eggcessive recommended. Then I’d clip her feathers away from the wound so when it begins to heal the feathers won’t get caught in the healing wounds. Ducks are great at healing from so pretty bad wounds but you’ll have to makes sure to keep it clean and put some kind of antibiotic ointment or Veterycin spray for wounds an infection. And if your In a part Of the country where flies are waking up from winter then you’ll defiently have to keep her away from flies they will lay eggs in her wounds and then you’ll be dealing with maggots. keep her on clean bedding inside if at all possible. Once you get the feathers clipped back please post another pic of the wounds.
