Duck limping

My female duck is about 5 months old. She start limping a few weeks ago. When i looked at her it almost looked like she had a big pimple on the bottom of her foot. I gave her an epsom salt bath to see if that would help, i didn't. I looked at her foot again today because she seems to be getting worse, now instead of limping she hops around on her one foot and doesnt put any weight on the bad one. Now she has 4 or 5 of the pimples on her foot. The other foot looks perfectly fine. I have no idea how to help her. Shes still socializing with the other ducks she just is a little slower than them. I did some research and my mom seems to think its bublefoot but her foot doesnt look swollen or infected or anything. Any ideas?

Thank you! This is her foot from what i understood from other threads ive read bumblefoot is from an infection. Her and the other ducks i have are free range in the yard. There is no discharge or anything like that just the hard lumps.
