Duck panting alone

if she was coughing squeaking or hiccuping you could hear it from several yards away. I once lost a duck to aspergillosis after a long battle and many treatments. The very first symptom I heard from her sounded like hiccuping and I could hear it from 60 feet away.

I'm very sorry to hear about your duck! I'm sure they are in duckie heaven.

I'll continue monitoring my flock for now and I'll be sure to keep everyone here posted if there are any new developments. I'm outside with them several times a day and they seem quite happy and healthy! Thankful to you and everyone else in this thread for replying and providing helpful information.
