Huh?

They both look the same to me. Things to note. They are not quacking, which would point towards males, and they have green bills, something females don't often have.
It’s hard to notice so it very well could be the case of 2 drakes. They have warmed up to the WH a bit though, but if I have to keep them separated until the mallards fly away then I will.
 
Update:
I just got home from a fishing trip (not very successful except for some bluegill) at 1 AM and my mom told me the mallards were in the front yard , which is about 50 yards from the backyard, and there was only one. I can’t tell which one is here because it’s 1 am but I believe it’s the more calm one, Rick. Praying he comes back:(
