I have heard of ducks getting fungal respiratory infections. You might consider that as a possibility.
There are medications to help with that. But someone needs to check and see if it's bacterial, fungal, viral, or perhaps something else.
Aside from moving them, have you tried other treatment?
That is good to read!I haven't treated them with anything. They were simply moved to better conditions.
They don't seem like they are in distress. They are very active and seem otherwise healthy.
I got some Oxine ah this week after reading about it.Goodness sure was hoping the move would clear what ever it is up. But good news to hear they aren't showing any distress.
What's the weather like where you are? Sunny, warm guess not warm in MI. I was going to say maybe a day outside in some sunshine might help,
if there was anyway possible to get some Oxine ah and mist them with some mixed with warm water. I ordered Oxine ah from revival Animal Health online I use it to spray roost and also to spray the mask I use when cleaning out the coop, and mist my birds with it every 2 weeks. Have even made up a solution of Oxine and water to step into after going around other poultry and have taken a spray bottle of it with me so I can spray myself and my shoes when I've been ready to leave a show. I gave you the link towards first of your thread. I also use it in their water a couple times a week. Just thinking if this is fungal the oxine might help.
Good for you A, just one of the things I would like to make sure I have in my arsenalI got some Oxine ah this week after reading about it.

I saw that after I had posted here. Not much sunny weather up your way.As you saw in the Sebastopol Geese thread, we've had our first big snowfall and it's cold out. Outside probably isn't the best thing for them right now.
The garage the ducks are in is heated to about 45 degrees.
I'll look into ordering some Oxine ah.
