Duck stamp contest

They just announced the duck stamp winner for 2012 a single wood duck painting. I saw all the entries and I am considering possibly entering for next year. Has anyone entered art into the contest?

Did anyone see the entries for this year? Lots of wood ducks. I would have painted a gadwall because I love them and there were too many wood duck entries and no gadwalls. Plus, there was a strange, but interesting abstract painting this year of two mallards mating with trains on the drake's back, an overturned turtle, and logo emblems.

ugh i saw that guy Animal Planet did a duck stamp contest documentary this year i don't remember his name he is not someone i would ever hang out with :l he is a modern artist,he doesn't belong there.
