Duck under weight

I don’t have money to spend on taking them to a vet but I do what I can with the stuff we have at home.
I ask because my ducks have been underweight and had issues with internal parasites. I was able to take them to the vet for a fecal float and weight check, though. I do know some people on here deworm their pets without veterinary checks. My ducks also started gaining after I switched them to Mazuri Waterfowl.

This is Banana

Something that I do for my birds to help them bulk up before/during winter is mix things like nuts, oats, mealworms, and other yummy treats with LOTS of bacon fat. They LOVE it and it helps them to put on some extra weight. Maybe you could give banana her own big helping every once in a while!

Adorable duck and cute name!!

I would be very concerned about those bumbles.

that bumble foot looks very bad. that’s most likely the cause. i would be worried it spread to her bones 😔

I am concern, but I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve worked on her several times but it’s not getting any better. Any ideas?

bring her in the house full time (30ish minute supervised outdoor trips allowed)

soak in a tub with warm epson salt water twice a day for 20 minutes, then wrap and apply antibiotics

Would you be willing to start her on antibiotics? The progression of her Bumble is fairly bad. To the point where it may be on the brink of causing osteomyelitis which is quite often hard to treat. If you say yes to starting antibiotics, I can suggest a few to you.
+1 about antibiotics. My ducks used to get bumblefoot and my vet prescribed them antibiotics.
