Duck with Bumblefoot (Warning Viewer Discretion Is Advised)

Ah ok.

Yeah.

Sounds good. Have you tried vent sexing to see which are hens, and which are roos? My Rudy was crowing at 4 weeks! He's silkie mixed with something else.

So I tried vent sexing and They looked kinda different so I think one is a pullet and the other is a cockerel. Also if I go by feather sexing it makes it seem like I'm even more correct. Hopefully I did it right

Yay you did it! Hope you got a roo! :fl You want a rooster to hatch more chicks, or because their so pretty, or to crow all day and annoy you? :D I love my little Rudy even though he's such a turd bucket. He's full of personality! :)

When the 5 chickens were in the brooder at a few weeks old, I woke up in the middle of night and Rudy was snuggling against my face. I didn't feel like putting him back so I just left him there. I woke up a second time to see the other 4 snuggling against my face. They did that every night until I finally got tired of the poop. :D

Good thing you are on the duck forum on BYC. Anywhere else that last sentence would make you sound like a crazy person. But we all just read it and nod knowingly.

Don't worry, it's just Julie being Julie and we all love her. She loves ducky webs.

Thank you for explaining Destiny. I appreciate it. And it's troo, I do. Best the explanation for my behavior came from someone other than myself. And I love you fun friends here too.

HE IS so cute up on the fence like that being assertive. Although he is a rooster, he is a bird. He probably used his wings to get himself up there. That is a very, very bird thing to do.
