It dosn't look like there's pus, but it's hard to tell because she pulls away and I can't open it all the way. If it is infection, how should I treat it? I've been using saline and coconut oil twice a day on her eye.

You really need to open the lid and look for pus. If there is pus, it has to come out, 'cause like bumblefoot, antibiotics alone won't treat it. -Kathy

I am thinking pus or fluid. An Epsom salt compress might help draw it out.

I would also think she might benefit from some topical antibiotic, as it may be able to sink into the skin. On the other hand, this may be an infection involving her sinuses as well, in which case oral antibiotics (wow, how do you calculate a safe dose for such a little one?) might work, but I am not a vet and am concerned about the safety of that approach.
