UPDATE: Thalia is keeping her eye open all the time now, and starting to get some feathers in!!! Still doing straight nutri drench, straight coconut oil both twice a day, electrolytes, probiotics, ACV, and extra things to snack on. She is very stubborn when I'm trying to give her straight vitamins, I literally sit there for 15 minutes trying to give it to her. She didn't used to mind, now she shakes her head and says, "No!" But she's definitely worth all the time I spend on her. If you want to think of it as being to my benefit, I get 7 eggs extra a week because she lived. She is now very strong and fluttery, even though she's small. I was making some scrambled eggs to mix with grit and the chick starter the other day, and my mom said, "Spoiled chickens, how come I don't get eggs?" Lol. I really do spoil them, I mean overly spoil. I make scrambled eggs cooked with coconut oil, mix chick kibble with their food, give them chick baby cake for a few hours every day, healthy vitamins in their water, and give them grass with roots to chew on. Oh, and lots of kisses.![]()
