The spots can be corneal ulcers, and I would be getting some good antibiotics, and especially eye drops or ointments. See post 8 again. Is anyone pecking anyones eyes?

Not of what I know! One of my drakes grab my hens face when trying to mate but he is separated!

Sometimes a piece of dirt, pine shavings, or something else can get into the eye, and scratch the cornea. I would flush the eye and apply some antibiotic eye ointment 2-3 times a day for a couple of weeks. You can get ciprofloxacin eye drops here:

Terramycin eye ointment is sometimes found at feed stores or online.

Corneal abrasions or ulcers can cause lasting eye damage or blindness. I am not a vet, just offering my opinion. A vet would be best. Here is some reading about corneal ulcers:

Up date on my ducks,They are doing a lot better and I used colloidal silver to treat it!
