A membrane of an incomplete (shell-less) egg is the most likely.. Possibly just a hiccup, if diet is known and sufficient. Not super uncommon in new or returning layers.
Pull it out.. or when it passes completely grab it and cut into it to make sure there is no "cooked egg" looking contents.. regular egg contents is fine.. but cooked whites looking is indicative of an infection.
The following link is about chicken eggs.. so the timing won't be exactly the same but the approximation of SOME things that can go awry will be similar, with a cool video on how eggs are formed..

What is her age and diet including treats and supplements? Has she been laying eggs already?
It's not currently an emergency.. but if she has more softees that won't or don't pass it could become one.
