Duckling balance issue?

Over 6 months they should be okay it's usually the little ones that can have the problem and many times it's just one out of a group but better to give it to all little ones just to make sure they are all getting their B3. If it's powderery I'm thinking oit maybe better to mix it in with their feed then mix in some warm water with it and feed it that way. just watch that they eat it within the day since wet feed can mold . Maybe make up a small amount first to see how long it takes them to eat it, like 1/2 cup feed to 1/2 tab of BY if they finish it off pretty quick then go to 1 cup to 1 tab.

Good now you can monitor her and make sure she is getting the proper amount, usually it can take as little as 5 days to show improvement sometimes less.
Your welcome and keep us updated on how she is doing.
Thanks again! I will.

Each day she seems to be getting stronger. Standing for longer and not as shakey. Thanks!
Always love to hear of progress. Keep up the TLC

Thanks. Will she have lasting effects? She is getting stronger each day but she looks quite behind the rest. She can stand for longer but still shaky. When I mean she can stand for longer it means 4 to 8 times longer than she use to.
The bigger ducks get upset with me when I take her to wash her off and dry her if she gets messy. They cuddle her and take care of her. They are so sweet!

Hard to say if she'll have lasting effects or not, being this looked neurological they may be some but she is responding and that is great news and to have the others care so much about her will help her also. And of course all your doing. Just keep up the TLC along with the BY and hopefully soon she'll be so good you'll not be able to tell her apart from the rest [unless she is a completely different breed then it will be okay.]

We do need pics of everyone though.

She is getting stronger and finally gaining more weight again. Yay. Sorry it took so long to get her pic. Every time I went out I forgot my phone. I had to put her back with the flock the evening I separated her out because she just was stressed with every movement I made in my room. The other duck kept walking on her to get away from me too. I tried putting the BY in the feed but she wasn't improving much. I put it in her water and she has done really well. She still get tired out but it takes a lot longer before she gets shakey.

She is a ivory/ fawn color so she will stand out. The other ducklings are black, brown and khaki. My older two are a fawn /white color but they are a diff breed so she won't look anything like them either. My daughters named her Daisy.

Oh my gosh she looks like a different duck. Great to see her and hear she is improving. Keep up with the BY and TLC. Thanks for updating.

Daisy is a normal duck these days with no shaking or balance issues of any kind.

She is on the back side of the water trough. She is full size finally and took a couple more weeks to feather in. The kids and I are so thankful she is a normal duck now. Thank you for the help!!

You sure couldn't ask for better than that. She looks great. Congrats to you all for all the TLC you gave her to get her through.
