This duckling needs to be euthanized. This is not a life for a bird. I'm sure if you contacted an avian vet, they would help you. It's very sad but asking a bird to live a legless life esp a large bird like a muscovy is really a human emotion and not what's in the best interest of the bird.

Try reaching out to a duck rescue to see who they recommend

You have to have something to hook them to. Does he have stumps? He has to have limbs of some sort to move, in order to manipulate the prosthetics.
