Duckling Cam!

07 hatched and is in the brooder with the others. 07 was one a 101g egg and produced a 72g duckling! The rest of the ducklings in this hatch were 51-54g!

It died overnight but I didn't realize it had until I was out of the house this am.

Duckling cam 2.0 was started up this AM, but stopped transmitting before I left the house (I didn't think to check it before I left.)

HOWEVER. In the 28 minutes that it was up, it did catch this:

A few of them where doing this when I was moving them into the hatcher this AM, so fun to actually catch it on video!

Kinda bummed to not have Incubator Cam running at the office today, but my to-do list will probably thank me for it.

Duckling cam is LIVE! again as of this morning! I candled this morning, and there was movement in all 6 of those eggs, though no internal pips yet, so duckling cam forecast for today is: Egg Cam!

As of this morning we're at 5/6 eggs pipped and all that have pipped are also unzipping. The last egg was expected to be late as its considerably larger than the others.
