Duckling checklist

I’m heading to TSC later today so I buy things for my ducklings who come this week. I need help figuring out if I’ve remembered everything.

Here’s what I have:
Brooder
Feeder
Waterer
Heat plate

Here’s what I need:
Feed
Electrolytes
Grit
Bedding

Did I miss anything? I’m sure I did, my mind isn’t very clear right now.

Great. In the days leading up to chicks I always forget something.

Of course I forgot to get the electrolytes (There’s always something I miss while shopping!) but I got everything else and the brooder is good to go

If they were to need it, you could make some sugar water.

Something that is working nicely for my first batch of ducklings is putting the waterer and feeder each on a cooling rack that is sitting in a cookie sheet. The ducklings will be messy with the water.
