DUCKLING CLICKING NOISE?!?!

I thinks its doing ok, because the clicking sound has stopped! But it sneezes now,, with doscharge coming out from its nostrils, and with a small sound. I dont know what it is

I havent bathes it yet, since i am afriad it may get chilled or drown. The water container is a small cup

With mucus coming out of the nose and it making a sound while breathing, I don't think I would bathe it.
