Does their poop look normal? Do they have access to warmth and cool areas? The brooder should not be too overly warm for them.

Yes and yes. They're in a 2x7 brooder that is becoming a 2x16 as they get bigger

We've only lost the 3, the remaining 5 are active and thriving! I was really upset and scared but these guys seem to be holding strong! Thank you for asking!
