No, I doubt they will until spring. My last ducks were 'busy' for several months without any eggs ever appearing.

If my dog was anywhere near the ducks she'd have feathery lips and I would most definitely not have issues with them hiding eggs.

It has been my experience that ducks like to lay very early in the morning, and they're locked up until much later than that.
