Nope. . its normally coal train. City people would never put up with it stopping their city traffic 20 times a day!

In the city i moved from a few years ago, the train ran right thru the middle of town. I could literally get stopped 3 times by the same train on my way home from work, depending on traffic lights. Now I laugh when i see a train because it's so seldom.

We have underpasses and overpasses, bridges, etc too. Even had a daily drive thru a mile-long, one lane tunnel under a train track.
