Cream of Annoying Ralphie
Boil and cool one annoying Ralphie, then:
- Heat annoying Ralphie stock in heavy saucepan over medium heat, covered.
- Add thyme, chopped annoying Ralphie meat and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks and milk until well blended, then slowly add to soup.
- Stir continually until soup mixture begins to thicken.
I'm assuming that you get the eggs from the poor duck before you kill it...?look at the recipe I found!!
