Duckling hatched can’t straighten its neck and deformed leg-HELP!

Also when I peeled back a little bit of shell the membrane was till soft and white and not shrink wrapping him at all but he’s still coming out the small end. Pushing to get out though.

Yeah I know that’s better but I don’t have adult ducks 😢. I picked some of the shell away but the one is also hatching on the small end. I’m just going to let them be

yes they’re still chirping and wiggling around. The one with the browner membrane popped less than 24 hours ago so I’m not going to touch him. The other has been pipped for a little longer but he’s also presenting from the small end so I picked away some of the shell, not a lot, and we’ll see what happens. Any more advice?

Since it's only been 24 hours since the external pip, I would hold off on a full assist, If they were mine I would apply some coconut oil to the membrane and set them back in the bator, just try to keep the membrane moist, I would check them in the morning and look for any veins in the eggs, if they are still yawning, leave them be. If it looks very dry and they are struggling to get out, I would slowly start to chip away from where the external pip is so the whole is widened for them, usually, after that, they can get it from there, but assist as needed.

So one of the eggs pipped on the big end, and is now pipping on the small end?

No he pipped at the small end from the very start. He’s pretty feisty tho so I think he’ll be able to strong arm his way out. I don’t have coconut oil is there something I can use instead?

He will take longer than since he externally/internally pipped at that same time, you'll want to give him plenty of time, just keep the membrane moist. Do you have Neosporin without pain relief?

I can check. As for the deformed baby, I really don’t think he’s going to make it. What should I do? He can’t live like that.

When they first hatch they can barley hold there head up, give him a day and see if he improves, before doing anything drastic. Could you get another photo?

So your not willing to give it at least through the night to see if it perks up? From here it just looks tired.
He can’t move out of that position. I’ll give him the night of course yeah! It just is hard to see him like that. I work at a vets office and it’s hard for me to not want to be all hands on to fix or stop the problem!
