Duckling help

duckling was born 4 days before hatch date. Its very small and weak. what do i need to do?

Vitamin water with electrolytes and probiotics plus a little bit sugar. Ground up the crumbles and mix them on with that water, plus give that water to drink as well. You may even add a teaspoon of plain yogurt to the mash, if you don't have the probiotics.
