So one of my duck eggs hatched last night ! He's a bit distressed in my brinsea mini advance I think he just wants to sleep he must be very tired!! Anyway what watt light bulb should I use to brood him and hopefully the other eggs when they hatch! ??? And what should the temperature be? And when should I take him out? I heard its 24hours after hatch?
Thanks guys !

here's a picture of him sleeping on anther egg :)

Have you got a red heat lamp? I brood all my chicks and ducklings under that and it's great. Aim for a temperature of 95* in the warmest spot in the brooder for the first week. For more have info and tips have a look at this Duckling Care article.

There's still no progress from Malpositoned eggs should I be worried or give them more time?

Give them more time. At least 48 hours from when they first pipped, remember?

Brewer's yeast will do. But before you start supplementing them make sure they NEED those supplements. Too much of a good thing can turn into a bad thing. If you're unsure about their feeding and nutrition go ask down in the ducks section:
