Duckling Not Thriving - HELP!

I would start her on B complex and vitamin E, you can read this thread for more info.

I Started her on Vitamin E and a human grade complex B (Which I grind and put in a mash and hand feed to her) last night. She is definitely getting progressively less mobile, getting stuck on one side or the other no matter how many times or what position I help to sit her in. Gave her another double dose of Vit E and single dose of the Complex B this morning and helped her eat and drink some.

This morning especially I feel like her neck pulls more to one side as she's growing. If I hold her and feed her she eagerly takes food and water but can get over zealous and choke. She just cannot function and I'm beginning to wonder more and more if this is neurological perhaps either from birth or from the trip here in the mail.

Any more thoughts or anything I'm missing that I could be treating just in case? Really appreciate anyone's advice.

Does her tummy feel bloated compared to another of your ducklings?

Its really difficult to tell since their size difference is so different. The others look like small ducks and she's stuck as a duckling. I mean she's half or less the size of the other 5. At times I feel like her lower abdomen is a little bloated and started watching that yesterday. Up until this week she was SO small she never seemed bloated at all and I can't tell if it's just she finally put on a few ounces. She's always on one of her sides the last few days so it's hard to know since the others sit down on their and they are so developed and I'm so new to this, their body shapes are very different. Her neck is DEFINITELY not as long as the others and after she eats it puffs up making her look like an hour glass shape.

What are your thoughts from experience? If it is bloated, should I treat something else? I've been researching to prep my self to be a good duck mom for the last year and nothing I do seems to help this little one. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
