Duckling Not Thriving

So my little runt (who has been doing great) is developing angel wing...I think. I will post some photos. I bought some feed with lower protein. I should aim for about 18%, right? And I also bought the vet wrap. My main question is: can he swim in their little pool with the vet wrap on? And also any tips or photos for how to wrap him? (I’m pretty sure the little one is a boy).

Get it taken care of now and probably in a few days done. Runty looks great!!No swimming while wrapped unless you unwrap for swimming and rewrap

Here is good info

Thank you so much! Going to wrap it right now! Let me ask one more quick question. I’ve never had angel wing before but I’m wondering if 22% protein is to high for ducklings? That’s what I’ve always used. My feed store doesn’t sell 18%. But I bought a bag of 15% and a bag of the 22% and I was going to mix them to get a lower protein.
