Duckling not using leg

Watching that video made my day! It was a good decision to give her to a loving home, she would not had a chance in the brooder with 14 other ducklings.

How long did she need to recover, and how long did she wear the hobble brace?

The hair band ended up being to long wen folded in half. And it kept slipping off. How dose this look?

Its crying when I leave it in the brooder even tho I put a mirror and a stuff animal for it. But it completely relaxes when I hold it. Its breaking my little heart

For now the kids are calling it Dottie, I'm thinking it's my cayuga male mixed with my black swedish female.

I had it on her legs for a couple of days. Her new parents removed it later, but i don't know when.

I used two zip ties connected with a piece gift-band and duct-tape. That way i could adjust the size of the rings around the duckling's legs.

I'm gonna have to use some zip ties, rubber bands just broke
