Watching that video made my day! It was a good decision to give her to a loving home, she would not had a chance in the brooder with 14 other ducklings.OMG she is going great! I'm so glad and she looks so good!![]()
How long did she need to recover, and how long did she wear the hobble brace?Watching that video made my day! It was a good decision to give her to a loving home, she would not had a chance in the brooder with 14 other ducklings.
AwwLol Frank had a run in with a hawk![]()
I had it on her legs for a couple of days. Her new parents removed it later, but i don't know when. How long did she need to recover, and how long did she wear the hobble brace?
I used two zip ties connected with a piece gift-band and duct-tape. That way i could adjust the size of the rings around the duckling's legs. The hair band ended up being to long wen folded in half. And it kept slipping off. How dose this look? View attachment 1770576
Look how precious! Rest and b complex and hobble will hopefully get it going again. Its crying when I leave it in the brooder even tho I put a mirror and a stuff animal for it. But it completely relaxes when I hold it. Its breaking my little heartView attachment 1770589
