Duckling secreting mucus?

This is Toby a White Crested duckling, just brought home today, I know stress can cause things as well and just want to check.
I’m noticing a large amount of clear mucus like fluid coming from Toby’s mouth and nose I don’t hear any crackling while Toby breathes. Still eating and drinking, runs around a lot as well. Is this a respiratory infection? Or something I should be further concerned about?

Not that I’m aware, he was doing it sitting upright in his enclosure. Gave him a warm shallow bath and after cleaning out his nose he slung food dust and crumbs out of his nose. Hoping that was it.
