Duckling sounds

This is my Khaki Appleyard drake at about that age. Do you see the dark solid feathers above the tail. I was told (on this site) that all "lace" duck males have this. The girls get two toned feathers like their bodies. Sorry!
 
That's the same duckling 15 days old when I fist heard the quacking. Sadly I didn't make any more videos about that.

 
Yeah, the video at 15 days is not what I would consider quacking...kinda just general duckling noise. What's on the 15 day old video is not what we're all talking about when we say quacking. I'll try to catch a little video of my girls quacking today

I'm certain now as well it's a drake. I think I have 2 drakes. :/
 
Are these pets or were you hoping for eggs? Bc if they're pets, as long as there's no females around they should be just fine the two of them. A bonus, they'll be quieter than hens!
