Duckling Still Or Stuck In Egg.

If it's been two full days since the pip, I would open the shell a little bit over the air cell to take a look at what's going on. You can cover the internal membrane in coconut oil or bacitracin and you'll be able to see if there are any veins still active. It wouldn't hurt to post a picture of what you find.
 
check to make sure the head is free to move. if it is stuck, there is little chance of the duck hatching.

However, DO NOT straighten out the neck..
let the duckling do whatever he can for himself..
you can soften the dried membrane with warm water.
try to not peel the membrane, if it is soft enough it will slide when the duckling moves..

Yes, it is.

That means he's still working on getting the yolk absorbed :) So give him some more time, when he's ready to come out he'll start really struggling and he might be able to push out on his own. You could chip away all the egg over the air cell if you wanted, that wouldn't hurt anything and should not cause any bleeding.
