It’s just been a few days since the unexpected batch of ducklings left. I am getting like @WannaBeHillBilly and need to keep a jar of duck poop close by when people post duckling pics.

I cleaned out the duck house yesterday - that cures duckling fever for a while…

Quakers attacked a rat snake today and killed it. The snakes head was all bloody. No injuries to Quakers.

I love ducks even if they stink and take a lot of work I still have duckling fever

I’m glad I had duckling fever. Now it’s pretty much abated. Just one more duckling hatch next week and I’ll be done hatching webs for the year.
Aragorn and Galadriel are 5 weeks old and growing like weeds <3

I have some hatching today. Alas, I'm not keeping any of them.

I do have about forty duck eggs incubating though, and those I will be keeping some of.
