Just to rule this out, and since I can't tell from the video, is the duckling crested?
What do you have it on for bedding?
No they aren’t created. And shavings with some kitchen towel
He might just be needing a couple days to find his feet. In case of possible nutrient deficiencies, which they can hatch with sometimes, it wouldn't hurt to give the little guy some poultry Nutri-Drench, if you can get some.Bedding sounds fineHe might just be needing a couple days to find his feet. he’s making lots of noise, eating, drinking and pooing, just need to get him walking instead of being superman!I also think it’s just going to take a little time to get used to walking properly, but the longer the splay leg continues, the worse it will get, with as fast as they grow.
Maybe consider banding the legs and putting him in a bowl/container, with some paper towel padding for support, for maybe 30 minutes at a time for leg conditioning.
Just beware of the temperature when one is immobilized!!
I like to use a stuffed sock in my brooder. They seem to use it to cuddle against, but also for something to press against for helping get upright. You could maybe rumple the towel in spots too. Personally handling him may help too. Encourage him to walk upright, help when he falls.
