Duckling wheezing

My duckling sounds like he's wheezing, what does it sound like to you? Is this normal? He is 3 weeks old and only does this sometimes when he is laying down. I don't know if I'm attaching the media/video correctly. Hopefully you all can see and hear him. Thank you all in advance for you help.

This is the waterer I currently have for them but just took it out and have a deeper dish for them to be able to actually dip their whole beaks. During the day they do get to go outside and swim. I figured I'd have that problem with the video. Let me see if I can figure out how on youtube.

How often does he do this, how long has he been doing it, and does he appear to be normal otherwise?

I want to say it started a few days ago, Not often. He is the one that as of Fri wasn't able to walk due to Niacin deficiency and have since started Brewers Yeast sprinkled over their food daily and well as 1ml of high B complex each and peas. He is slowly getting better starting to walk again. Other then that he is great he eats, drinks, swims fine. He is normally my quieter one.
