This is my Sunny. She was born this way. Yours doesn't look bad at all. Sunny scoops up her food and she happens to eat more than the other 21 ducks she lives with. No one messes with her!

Just make sure the food you offer is easy to chew or pick up. I put my chicken and duck feed on the ground sometimes and she uses her tongue to pick it up.

I can't see from that pic but it doesn't look that bad. With Sunny I have to keep an eye on her because in the winter some of our nights can get to -20 at night (obviously you won't have that problem in FL lol) so I have to make sure she doesn't get frost bitten. I also have to put something non toxic (like chapstick) on her bill and make sure her tongue is ok. Sounds like a lot of work but it's not. Actually, she does a good job of making sure her tongue and bill are washed up!

Thanks. I love her to death! She's so comical!!! She will quack really, REALLY loud when it's time to eat, then follow me to the barn and back to the trough to make sure she gets her share. She also jumps up to get treats out of my hand. She's my baby!!

undefined:p thank you again featherfinder for posting the pix for me. He, or she, really is cute, coloured like a blue-cream calico cat for now. Severa of his eggbrothers are too. Dads a fawn/white runner, Porkchop and moms a blue runner, Gabby. And i really wished we lived in Florida but its featherfinder who put up thd pix who does. We live in the middle oe medieval Indiana. I think the coldest it got last winter was -3F. I ground up crumbles and water and fed him w/pipette 1 drop at a time last night. Hes smaller then the rest. Ordering NutriDrench today, will take 1-3 days to get here. Thanks for the support! Quetsweyo
