had a video to post of her walking, put it won't let me post it....so her are some pics of her standing.....her left leg is the one she injured....

the injured chocolate first walks over to the left of the waterer and stands in the corner, then goes around to the back and finally comes up on the right....

getting 4 blue copper marans chicks tomorrow....

They are so precious. I love Runners! They all look very healthy including the little chocolate. I’d like to rec you make them a waterer similar to this so they can wash their faces they need to keep their eyes an nares clean always. Congrats on the new chicks too.

Is it broken? Would it help if you rubber banded a popsicle stick or toothpick to it?

No just the way ducklings lay, sometimes with both legs out behind them.
