In that picture, it looks like the right hock might be a little swollen. Can you get more pictures and a video? Don't freak out or worry because I could be wrong.

She is heavier than the other ducklings. If she needs something with less protein, what do I feed her?

They are still ducklings? I remember all my ducklings doing this at a certain age. Never gave them any extra supplement or nutrition and they are all fine. I always contributed it to being that they were young and werent fully developed enough to run around as they pleased quite yet

They are still ducklings; around 2 weeks old. I considered that too, but her walk seems different than that of her sisters now.

Put them on a Grower/Finisher at 16% protein for all poultry..

That one might be difficult to sort out, as the other 2 ducklings are lighter and need that nourishment. The other runner duck is considerably lighter.

I switch all mine to that feed at 2 weeks. Zero issues. Healthy Ducks..

All flock is fine for all poultry including ducklings many use it with out problems but even though it contains enough niacin for water fowl there can still be one or more that just need more so that is when the B Complex comes in @CayugaJana Can explain it further but i’d Def try the complex liquid for a week and see if that helps with walking .
