Ducklings not hatching

My piped one hatched early hours this morning but still has the yolk sack attached, it's breathing but lying on its side, still looking a bit wet not sure how it's going to come on poor thing just having no luck on my first hatch. He's still in the incubator I'm not sure what to do now

Send me a pic.

OK again, do you have another gage you can verify that? They shouldn't be wet at 62%. they will be slightly wet but not drenched or anything.

Examine the yolk area, Look again it may not be his Yolk, they swell up in that area and it's very similar that it get mistaken for yolk..

Don't pull him out of the SHELL VERY IMPORTANT, just try to examine that area and verify that you actually see yolk and that he's just not swelled up for the moment.

So baby One is in his cup, he has not fully absorbed so we are applyng pressure to his yolk and helping him out a bit. Now for baby number TWO..
Here's baby one before and after his cup..

Would like to see him in a deeper cup, with him sitting in more of an UP right position. But he seems to be very unhappy and making a LOUD of noise and that's good enough for me. That's what we need him to do, is to make a WHOLE LOT OF NOISE..

should help him absorb faster..

I can see some discoloration of the eggs in the back, I think the gage is off, perhaps we need to lower that humidity if your going to continue to use the one gage..
