Mom should take care of keeping them warm. After all, she kept the eggs warm for a month so they could hatch!

Like I said, my biggest concern would be nutrition.

Aww ... Your babies are adorable! Mom should be able to keep them all warm, but keep an eye on things, if one starts to struggle, you might brood it yourself for a short spell.

Welcome to BYC, and good luck with the ducklings. Do not allow them to become wet until feathered.

If I do have to pull that one out, is it best to pull another one so it’s not by itself?

If you feel the need to remove the duckling, provide it with a mirror for company. Reintroduction to a mother and siblings can be problematic.
