Ducks day 28 and no pip

No he has only been moving slightly

Not sure what kind of ducks you are hoping to hatch. In general, duck eggs takes about 28 days to hatch - unless it's the Muscovy duck and they normally take about about 35 days. I have a lot of Muscovy hens and sometimes they have gone longer if the hen is setting the eggs.

Yes, I'd be concerned by now, too - Both breeds average hatch is at 28 days.
