Ducks & Muscovies incubating

How do I tell which eggs are Muscovies? All were given to me at once as a mixed batch. Problem is Muscovies take 6 days longer than ducks before they should go into lockdown from what I've read in BYC. Can ducks lockdown a day or 2 late & Muscovies a few days early? The breeder just has a mixed flock & all free range so no way to tell who's who. TIA.

Muscovies will be much bigger than the regular duck eggs

Muscovy eggs are light cream colored. That is the only way I can tell them apart from my other ducks. Sometimes they are bigger but not always. As for hatching what I would do is wait until you see the first pip from a duck then lock down. Or you can always get another incubator. More hatching room too tee hee,
