Ducks swimming in a pool

Can ducks and geese swim in a pool with chlorine in it? Its been so hot here that I wanted to take my two ducklings and 1 goslings swimming, I just don't know how they would react to the chlorine... I could let them drink a bunch before they go in so they don't drink as much while they are swimming.

Its fine for them. Just not offten. I take mine over to a friends house will a pool and they spend all day in it and i have never had any problems. I read somewhere that it is safe for them. Just not heavily chlorinated.

Its just an above ground pool so its not got a bunch of chlorine in it, at least compared to some other pools I've been at

If it isn't super chloronated, should be okay.

Mine do OK in mine. The one caveat though ....ducks are dirty. Like filthy in water. AND duck poo is amazing food for algae.

I won't have them in for that long, just enough to cool off a bit and have some fun
