Yes shes adorable!
Annnnnd.. I convienced them to rehome! We're thinking Tuesday if it goes to plan!
Bad news, we found another cracked egg at a random spot. We shall see what happens

I have 43 ducks and I agree with the other people who posted on here. Your duck does need at least one duck companion. I’m in Pennsylvania or I would gladly give her a home. Also, definitely fashion some type of enclosure with a building for her. My husband helped me build several smaller buildings for our ducks and they are in a large pen/run surrounded by electric wire and regular fencing. The fencing supplies we got at TSC. Predators are slick and without some type of protection she is, excuse the pun, a sitting duck.

so she finlally left to a new home today (with 4 other ducks!)
ive been checking on her and the eggs everyday. after she left, i noticed a whole new batch of eggs that wasnt there yesterday. i asked the new owner and she doesnt think they're viable since her hubby died 3 weeks ago.
so question is how long after mating do ducks lay eggs? other words how long after mating are they pregnant for before eggs come out?
