Do all turkeys gobble or just toms?

one of my 10wk old babies is gobbling!

Only the toms gobble, however sometimes the hens will strut.

You know, yesterday was the first time I ever heard my turkeys gobble! And they were hatched around May 19th. They did the gobble noise when they became excited because my dogs were chasing a "BAD KITTY"! It's a big stray tomcat that's been hanging around my house....
