Depends on your diet. I eat very little processed food, so if I would stop adding salt I wouldn't get enough. I also hydrate quite actively, so not all of the salt is absorbed. While many people benefit from cutting down on their use of salt, it's not good for everyone. I prefer to listen to doctors when they say a glass or two of wine a day is good for youI didn't take offense. Your doctor might take issue with you saying that that particular chemical isn't bad though.![]()
