dump cake anyone?

2C of plain flour

Oven temp 330F

cream butter and (icing sugar)sugar, slowly add sifted flours.
Lightly knead.
divide into 4 and roll out into desired shape
sprinkle castor sugar ontop prior to cooking and prick with a fork
cook for about 15-20 mins.

Note: If you have a food processor, sift dry ingredients into processor add cubed butter and process until minced.
