Dumped pup PICS!! Any guesses on breed?

He does look like Beethoven, doesn't he?? So I'm going out on a limb and guessing he is a St. Bernard mix. Oh my, my sister has a St. Bernard, and that guy is HUGE!! He must come up to my waist at least, and I'm not that short! (5'7")

I'm not sure how old he is, since this all just happened today around 5 pm. But considering that he can't navigate the steps very well (seems to take the pups a few months to master that), I'm guessing he is at most 10 weeks old. He doesn't have puppy breath, but he is for sure very young! But he is just a sweety, poor baby was walking on my heels all the way back to the house! No WAY was I carrying him!

That was actually my first thought when I saw him. My dad thought it was a golden retriever, but when I saw him, the first thing that popped into my head was pyrinese!! I don't believe he has extra dew-claws though, that is a pyrinese trait, right?

PEOPLE ARE SO CRUEL

I found a kitten with a broken leg on the side of the road. She was someones pet too because she is very tame. Someone Dumped her.

Good luck with your pup.

GAH! I was riding my horses yesterday, and found a kitten that someone dumped on a busy highway. IT STILL DRINKS MILK! I have to bottle feed the darn thing. lol So people are so...grrr.

That brings my rescue kitties up to number 8. Plus all the previous ones that have passed on.

It looks like a saint bernard. But it sure does look like my great pyreness puppy.

WOW! I did not know GP's had extra claws. I looked at mines feet the other day and said. 'Wow weird. It looks like she has extra toes.' But blew it off cause I haven't really studied a dogs feet before. haha I was right.

Looks to me like a Great Pyrennese (sp) and Anatolian Shepherd mix. Looks like a great dog. People breed them on purpose for livestock guarding and there is a strong demand for them in some areas. If you were around here I'd take him off your hands!

First pic: Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

Second pic: HOLY HANNAH!

I want that dog!!!!! But I'm too far away. He could probably jump here in one bound!

People are so stupid dropping animals off in the 'country', thinking they'll just get along. Someone dropped off a Momma cat and her 4 kittens here by my yard. I don't know what they expected, but my dogs shredded the first three kittens. The 4th one I pulled out of the date palm 5 feet up, scared out of it's mind. We re-homed it that night. The momma cat lurks around still, like a shadow. Poor thing.
