Duramycin Mixing

I bought some powder Duramycin and the directions call form mixing the envelope with 100 gal, 50 gal, 25 gal or 12.5 gal. With the 12.5 gal delivering 800 mgs of Tetracycline. Does anyone know how much you would mix up for just a 2 gal or 5 gal max. I only need the med for 1 chicken. Might be easier to just take the chicken to the vet. I'm afraid she is having a respirtory issue and read that duramycin was a good fix for this. Ideas/suggestions welcome. thks

I always start with the 400mg dose first to give myself some room, in case I need the acme strength later on. for the 400mg dose, it's one level tbls. per gallon of water. !/4 of that for a quart.
