Dust bath or just acting wierd?

My neighbor who is new to chickens thought they were having seizures. I smiled and said no they are bathing. She said boy do I feel dumb.

Yeah, I should have just waited a while. She quit after an hour and went back to terrorizing the little ones. Thanks all.

Completely normal and oh so entertaining!! I love watching them do this...especially when there are 3 or 4 of them arguing over the same spot!

Even more disturbing is to find a pile of twitching chickens for the first time.... with one head! LOL.. totally normal.
I knew what they were doing, but had fun freaking my kids out when I started hollaring and telling them they were eating each other.
Of course, it didn't take them long to figure it out either.
